1. Returns

Due to the nature of international exports, returns are not accepted except in cases of damaged or incorrect shipments.

2. Reporting Damaged or Incorrect Goods

Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery along with photographic or video evidence sent to [email protected].

3. Refunds

Refunds are issued only if the defect is verified and replacement is not feasible. Refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Custom-made products
  • Bulk export consignments
  • Goods damaged due to mishandling after delivery
